Digital proofing before production

For custom orders, you receive a digital design proof or mockup before production begins. This allows you to review important details such as colors, spelling, logo placement, rhinestone layout, garment style, and sizing information.

We do not begin custom production until the required proof and order details are approved. That extra review step helps prevent surprises and gives your team a clear record of what will be produced.

Flexible quantities for teams and boutiques

We understand that not every customer needs hundreds of identical pieces. Cheersparkle offers product-specific minimums so teams, studios, and boutiques can test new ideas, outfit a smaller squad, or replenish a popular style without committing to unnecessary inventory.

Minimum quantities vary by product and customization method. For example, some pom styles begin at six pairs, while many rhinestone transfer designs begin at 20 pieces per design. The minimum shown on the product page or confirmed in your quote will apply to your order.

Performance-ready materials and construction

Cheer and dance apparel must look good while moving through jumps, tumbling, stunts, and long practice sessions. We select stretch fabrics, trims, embellishments, and application methods with real wear in mind. Custom rhinestones and decorative elements are positioned for visual impact while considering garment movement and practical use.

Because every style and use case is different, customers should always follow the care instructions supplied with the product and confirm any special performance or competition requirements before approving an order.

Quality control at every stage

Our process includes order-detail review, production checks, and a final inspection before shipment. We verify the approved design, quantities, sizes, visible workmanship, and packing details as applicable to the order.

If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect or an order error caused by Cheersparkle, contact us promptly. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate repair, replacement, remake, credit, or refund in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Clear timelines and order communication

Custom orders move more smoothly when everyone knows what happens next. We provide the applicable production estimate in the product listing, quote, or order confirmation. Many small-batch custom products are produced in approximately 7–10 business days after final approval and cleared payment. Complex uniforms, special materials, large team orders, peak-season orders, and rush projects may require different timelines.

Once an order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order whenever carrier tracking is available.

Easy reorders

When possible, we retain approved order specifications and artwork references to make future reorders easier. A reorder can usually begin with your previous order number, design number, or product code.

Please note that a reorder is treated as a new production order. Material availability, dye lots, rhinestone batches, prices, minimums, and production times may change. We will confirm any material differences before production when they are significant and reasonably identifiable.
